A significant impact in the healthcare sector.

As the marketing agency behind Diaclass, our mission extended beyond simply creating an online platform for diabetes education. The goal was to fundamentally shift the paradigm in diabetes care, from a model where the patient is a passive recipient of care, to one where they are empowered and in control of their health.

The project was seen as an opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector, specifically in the area of diabetes management, education and prevention.

Our initial pitch centered around the idea of creating a user-friendly online education platform that would provide medically validated information about diabetes. We wanted to empower individuals with diabetes to take control of their health by providing them with the knowledge and resources they need.

The platform was designed to offer free courses on diabetes management, created by medical professionals, that users could access at any time, from anywhere​.

Branding

The branding for Diaclass was designed to reflect the core values of the platform: trust, empowerment, and education. The fusion of "diabetes" and "class" in the name not only emphasizes the educational aspect of the platform but also subtly communicates the idea of mastery – a key component of empowerment. The logo, simple yet distinct, was designed to inspire trust and credibility, which are crucial in a patient-centric model of care.

Challenges

One of the biggest challenges we faced was making complex medical information easily understandable to the general public. Our team worked closely with medical professionals to ensure that the information provided on the platform was accurate, up-to-date, and presented in a way that was easy to understand.

Another challenge was establishing credibility in a market saturated with health information of varying quality. We tackled this by highlighting the expertise of the medical professionals involved in creating the courses. Our team also focused on creating a professional, easy-to-navigate website that would instill confidence in users

Positioning

The positioning of Diaclass was meticulously crafted to reflect this paradigm shift. We aimed to establish Diaclass as a platform that puts the control in the hands of the patients, giving them access to reliable and comprehensive information on their own terms and in their own time. The focus was on creating an environment that encourages learning, fosters understanding, and ultimately empowers patients to take an active role in managing their diabetes​.

These sponsorships are designed in a way that provides value to both the user and the sponsoring brand. Users gain access to additional resources, products, or services that can support their diabetes management, while brands get exposure to a highly relevant and engaged audience. In addition, partnerships for course development offer an opportunity for brands to collaborate directly with medical professionals and the Diaclass.ro team to create unique educational content. This approach not only diversifies the revenue streams for Diaclass.ro, but also enhances the platform's offerings, ultimately leading to a more comprehensive and enriching user experience.
